Scam 2003 - The Telgi Story Twitter Review: Netizens praise Hansal Mehta's web series, some call it a snoozefest

Scam 2003: The Telgi Story is finally out on OTT starring Gagan Dev Riar as Abdul Karim Telgi. Directed by Tushar Hiranandani, the latest spiritual sequel of Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta Story is co-directed and helmed by Hansal Mehta. After a day of the release, fans took to social media to share their reactions to the series. Most of the cinephiles loved the biographical finance thriller series, however, a few considered it a snoozefest.

One of the Twitter users praised the latest show and wrote, "Scam 2003 - The Telgi Story.. what an amazing webseries. Must watch #Scam2023 This man Telgi was a real jugadu person. Clever mind used for unlawful activity #TusharHiranandani (sic)."

Another one applauded both the instalments of the Scam series directed by Hansal Mehta and tweeted, "#Scam1992 raised the bar way too High, No Doubt #Scam2003 will tryna beat that. I don't know What will be Next Scam Series after Scam 2003.i don't know when but I'm Pretty Sure there will be #Scam2023 based on #Adani after a decade or 2 (Assuming Future Govt will do justice) (sic)."

Netizens seemed promoting a few entertaining and crucial dialogues from the show as well. One of the cinephiles shared a small quote by Gagan's Abdul Karim Telgi, who says that he understands the language of profit only.

However, a few show watchers felt that the latest Scam series was snoozefest. One of the social media users mentioned, "#Scam2023 dekhna shuru kiya... 30 minutes felt like torture... I'll watch it because I wanna know about the scam... But the Harshad Mehta story was a different class altogether.... This one has nothing going on for the first 30 minutes and is more monotonous... (sic)."
