Besides beinig a topnotch filmmaker, Farah Khan is also an accomplished chorographer is something that we all know. She has to her credit of having made most of the celebrities all cross dance to her tunes… quite literally! She even made Malaika Arora do a dance atop a train to the iconic ‘Chaiiyaa chaiiyaa’, which nobody must have even imagined about! This time round, Farah Khan became successful in accomplishing yet another impossible dream. She made sportspersons dance to her tunes!

This happened yesterday (March 5), on the occasion of the six-time Grand Slam winner Sania Mirza bidding an emotional farewell (as she had announced her retirement) after her farewell match at Lal Bahadur Tennis Stadium, Hyderabad. The event was attended by many sportspersons and Bollywood celebs. These celebs included Mahesh Babu, AR Rahman, Yuvraj Singh, Irfan Pathan, Namrata Shirodkar, Neha Dhupia, Farah Khan, Huma Qureshi and others.

Besides the glittering presence of these celebs, the highlight of the event was the sportspersons dancing to the tunes of Farah Khan … quite literally. Farah Khan, who is Sania Mirza’s BFF made these sportperson dance to the tune of the hit track ‘Oo Antava’ from the smash hit film Pushpa. The video, which had been posted by Saina Nehwal sees Fara Khan teaching the steps of ‘Oo Antava’ to Sania Mirza, Iffrah Khan, Saina Nehwal and Irrfan Khan.

After the ‘retirement party’, Farah Khan posted an extremely endearing photograph of hers and Sania Mirza, both of them lying on the bed and holding hands. Farah Khan, in her inimitable style, captioned the post as, “So this is what champions do after retirement.. chill in bed with their best friend #saniaevent mirzasaniar lov uuu”

Farah Khan recently was in the news because of her sassy reply to actor Siddharth, who will now be seen in ‘Indian 2’. Recently, amidst a 'selfie' chat in his car, Siddharth said, “I am feeling super emotional right now. I have just finished a 14-hour long gruelling shift for a dance number and I heard a lot of my followers and well wishers ask why I don't do a lot of song and dance numbers . The answer is that I am scared of dancing and in the last ten to fifteen years, I have very strategically veered away from song and dance in my movies”.

To which, Farah Khan cheekily commented on the video, saying that he needs to talk to her more often!
