Sekhar Kammula lauds Mishan Impossible team, director Swaroop RSJ for taking a refreshing peek into a kid's world

Though we hear celebs lavishing praise on their industry counterparts during pre-release, promotional events, very few take the effort to go out of the way to shower applause on the efforts of a film team voluntarily. That's what makes Sekhar Kammula unique and a rare find in Telugu cinema. The director behind films like Godavari, Love Story and Anand, earlier today, congratulated the team of the Swaroop RSJ-directed Mishan Impossible for the impressive trailer.

"Mishan Impossible .... One of exhilarating trailers that I watched in recent times. Its been so long that we took a peek into kids world. Very very refreshing and joyful trailer. Congratulations to director @swarooprsj and team. #MishanImpossible," Sekhar Kammula tweeted on Monday. Especially true are the words that it's been a long while since Telugu cinema looked at a story through the viewpoint of a child. It's this innocence and naivety that adds charm to the trailer of Mishan Impossible.

Good pre-release buzz is all the more crucial for small-budget films and this welcome gesture by Sekhar Kammula should do its bit to create curiosity about Mishan Impossible among audiences. Written and directed by Swaroop RSJ, Mishan Impossible stars Taapsee Pannu, Hareesh Peradi, Bindu Chandramouli, Ravindra Vijay, Harsh Roshan, Bhanuprakash and Jayateertha in crucial roles. The film has music by Mark K Robin, cinematography by Deepak Yeragera and Ravi Teja Girijala is the editor. The second single from the film, Entra Adhrushtam, will be launched tomorrow.

Sekhar Kammula is next working on a pan-Indian film starring Dhanush in the lead. The film, to be made simultaneously in Telugu, Hindi and Tamil, is a political thriller and is expected to star Sai Pallavi as the leading lady. Dhanush will start shooting for the same later this year.
