Selfiee song Kudi Chamkeeli: Akshay Kumar, Honey Singh, Diana Penty's peppy track gets funky and colourful

Kudi Chamkeeli is the funkiest and most colourful track of Selfiee featuring Akshay Kumar and Diana Penty. The latest track is crooned, composed, written and produced by Honey Singh. 

The new song begins with Diana entering the montage with a few background dancers wearing a colourful top and matching shiny boots. Akshay enters the montage and starts wooing her by praising her via a rap, which is originally voiced by Honey. The two actors dance together in different locations on some quirky steps wearing fucky attires.

Akshay announced the release of the latest song on his official Instagram handle and shared a snippet with a fun caption that reads, "Heere ki chamak bhi iss #KudiChamkeeli ke saamne fail hai Full Song Out Now! #Selfiee in cinemas on 24th Feb. (sic)."

The shooting of the action-comedy film began in March 2022 and took place in multiple locations in Mumbai.

On February 16, the makers released the second official trailer video of the film. To launch the trailer, Akshay and Emraan reached a university in Mumbai and asked one of the students to commence the event with them on stage. The Khiladi actors shared the event video on his IG handle with a special caption that reads, "Thank you @nmims.mumbai students! You guys made Selfiee Trailer 2 Launch a memorable event. Watch #Selfiee trailer 2 now And watch #Selfiee in cinemas, on 24th Feb. (sic)."

Bankrolled by Hiroo Yash Johar, Aruna Bhatia, Supriya Menon, Karan Johar, Prithviraj Sukumaran, Apoorva Mehta and Listin Stephen, the forthcoming flick is directed by Raj Mehta.

Selfiee, which also stars Emraan Hashmi and Nushrratt Bharuccha and has Mahesh Thakur, Fahim Fazli, Tisca Chopra, Abhimanyu Singh, Kusha Kapila, Rahul Dev and Meghna Malik in supporting roles along with Mrunal Thakur in a cameo appearance, is slated to release on February 24.
