Looks don’t matter. That’s the concept of this Netflix series Sexy Beasts. It brings about a curious, weird and interesting dating method, which will keep the audience on the edge of their seats. After the successful first season, the OTT giant is gearing up to release the second season of the show. Here are more details about the show:

When and where to watch the show?

The six episodes of Sexy Beasts Season 2 will premiere on October 7, exclusively on Netflix.

What is the Sexy Beasts all about?

For the people who believe in ‘love at first sight’, Sexy Beasts is not the right platform, as the show is all about finding a date only knowing their personality. The participants are turned to animals and other creatures, with the use of prosthetics throughout the date. They spend time with a partner they are set up with and get to know each other. The looks of the participants are revealed only after they select their dates.

An interesting trailer for Season 2 was released by the team a few weeks back, which is enough to make anyone thrilled to wait for the show. Portraying various participants and the clips from their dates, the trailer gives a sneak peek into the whole style and form of the show. ‘Welcome to the strangest blind date ever’, reads the opening note of the trailer.

Who are the crew behind the show?

The show is narrated by Catastrophe star Rob Delaney, and produced by Lion Television. It is an adaptation of a British TV series, which aired on the BBC in 2014. During the pandemic, the streaming giant decided to adapt the show for the US audience.
