Shah Rukh is gearing up for the third release of the year, Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, which also stars Taapsee Pannu and Vicky Kaushal
Actor Shah Rukh Khan is known for his witty remarks and engaging interactions with fans during his #AskSrk sessions on X. In a recent #AskSrk session, a fan questioned the actor's talent and said that the success of his films, Pathaan and Jawan, released earlier this year, was solely due to his effective PR and marketing teams.
Shah Rukh’s witty reply
The X user asked Shah Rukh whether he still has faith in his PR and marketing team to make Dunki a blockbuster hit. The actor was at his witty best when he replied, "I generally don’t engage with incredibly intelligent people like you, but I'll make an exception this time. You seem to be in need of some relief, maybe for constipation. I'll ask my PR team to send you some golden medicines...hope you feel better soon."
Shah Rukh’s has another witty reply about his viral pic with Kajol at The Archies screening
Shah Rukh was recently spotted along with his family at the special screening of The Archies, which is his daughter, Suhana Khan’s, debut as an actor. Suhana plays Vernoica in the Zoya Akhtar and Reema Kagti film, which is a pivotal role.
A picture of Shah Rukh and Kajol sharing a laugh from the screening has gone viral, prompting an X user in the same #AskSrk session to ask what the joke was. Shah Rukh humorously replied, "I was teasing her about ensuring I get my Christmas presents this year! She always remembers, but I’m hoping for something a bit more extravagant this time!"
Sha Rukh’s first collaboration with Rajkumar Hirani
Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced under Shah Rukh and Gauri Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment banner, is set to be released in theatres on December 21. This is the first time that Shah Rukh and Rajkumar Hirani have collaborated for a film.
So, will SRK wrap up 2023 with another blockbuster? His earlier two releases of the year --- Pathaan and Jawan --- have collective made a staggering over Rs 2,000 crore globally.
