And it was time for the fans and followers of Shah Rukh Khan to get up, close and personal (but, virtually) with the man himself! Continuing his tradition of conducting the ‘Ask SRK’ session with his fans and followers on social media, Shah Rukh Khan posted a message that he was having a few minutes to do the said session. No sooner than he posted that, he was flooded with an array of questions in which most of his followers wanted to know more and more (read ‘almost everything under the sun’) about the man himself Shah Rukh Khan, who has just delivered a gigantic hit at the box office in the form of ‘Jawan’.

Shah Rukh Khan gets nostlagic about the late Yash Chopra

Today, amongst all the questions that the actor was replying to, there was one question which kind of stood out. And the reason for the said question to stand out was the emotional value that the question had along with it. One user asked Shah Rukh Khan, “One word for Yash Chopra Sir on his birthday #AskSRK @iamsrk”. To which, the eternal superstar got sentimental and also emotional, which was visible from the reply that he gave. As a reply, Shah Rukh Khan said, “Love Yash ji and miss him….he would be so happy for me right now”.

Legacy of the late Yash Chopra

For the unversed, today (September 27) happens to be the birthday of the late filmmaker Yash Chopra. How can anyone forget the legacy of evergreen films that the late film maker had gifted the cinegoers. These films include ‘Dhool Ka Phool’, ‘Lamhe’, ‘Chandni’, ‘Silsila’, ‘Trishul’, ‘Waqt’, ‘Daag’ and many others. The late film maker Yash Chopra has even directed Shah Rukh Khan in films like ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, ‘Veer-Zaara’, ‘Dil To Pagal Hai’, ‘Darr’. One of the USPs that the film maker always exhibited was his flawless method of blending the characters of his films into such a story in such a way that they mostly start looking relatable to the audience, which also explains the reasons why many of his films had attained the status of superhits.
