Shah Rukh Khan gives a twist to Mauka ad ahead of India vs Pakistan ICC T20 World Cup 2021 match

A new Disney+ Hotstar ad featuring Shah Rukh Khan has made its way on the Internet. This time, the superstar is seen giving a twist to the iconic Mauka ad which runs around the India vs Pakistan matches. In the 20-second long video, SRK is seen lying on a couch and having foxnuts. That's when Rajesh Jais seen as his manager informs the superstar that India vs Pakistan cricket match at ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2021 will be held on October 24, 2021. 

To which Shah Rukh replies, "This time too, we will not give Pakistan a chance to win." Rajesh quips with a sly remark stating, "Just like how Disney+ Hotstar didn't give us a chance." An annoyed SRK throws a foxnut on Rajesh's face on hearing it. 

The superstar has been making several appearances on Disney+ Hotstar ads as he has become the brand ambassador of the streaming platform. 

Meanwhile, on the work front, the superstar will next be seen in a special appearance in R Madhavan starrer Rocketry: The Nambi Effect as a TV anchor. 

SRK has also been shooting for Pathan directed by Siddharth Anand. In the film, the superstar plays the titular role alongside John Abraham and Deepika Padukone. The film is likely to hit the screens next year.

Shah Rukh also kickstarted the shoot of Atlee's upcoming directorial which is reportedly titled, Lion. The film also stars Nayanthara, Priyamani and Sanya Malhotra as the female leads. 

As a producer, SRK is backing several Hindi films under his home banner Red Chillies Entertainment. Bob Biswas which is a spin-off of Kahaani features Abhishek Bachchan in the titular role. Another film produced by SRK is Love Hostel starring Bobby Deol, Vikrant Massey and Sanya Malhotra in the lead roles.

Shah Rukh is also co-producing Darlings with Alia Bhatt in which the latter plays the leading role along with Shefali Shah, Vijay Verma and Roshan Mathew.
