There are just a few days until Dunki, starring Shah Rukh Khan, opens in theatres. There was a great deal of excitement among fans for the highly anticipated film. Dunki Drop 6, also known as the new single titled Banda song, was released today, December 18, following the release of the trailer and three songs, Lutt Putt Gaya, Nikle The Kabhi Hum Ghar Se, and O Maahi. 

Following the release, the team including SRK, Rajkumar Hirani, and Taapsee Pannu also released an exciting video where they talk about the film in detail.

According to Shah Rukh Khan, Dunki is a real-life social comedy. He claimed that the movie presents the facts. People can find it hard to understand that some people genuinely travel abroad at such great risk to earn a living, according to the superstar. He talked about how people go to other countries by boat over oceans and seas. Shah Rukh Khan also revealed that knowing how many people die in that way is heartbreaking. Those who keep up with the refugee situation will also be aware of it, says the actor.

About Dunki

Rajkumar Hirani is the director of Dunki, which stars Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu in important parts. Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani play important roles in addition to them.

The screenplay of the film is co-written by Rajkumar, Abhijat Joshi, and Kanika Dhillon. Rajkumar Hirani and Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment are producing it together. Since its teaser release, Dunki's story has created a lot of online buzzes because it centers on the idea of illegal immigration, specifically as it relates to the practice of 'donkey flight'. The film is all set to release in theatres on December 21, 2023.
