An upcoming documentary series, The Roshans, will centre on Bollywood's illustrious Roshan family and chronicle their remarkable journey through Indian cinema. From the trailblazing musical genius Roshan Lal Nagrath to the cinematic charisma of Hrithik Roshan, the series delves into the trials and triumphs of this multigenerational family, whose contributions have enriched Indian cinema.
The series, streaming from January 17, 2025, on Netflix, offers a rare glimpse into the Roshan family’s artistic odyssey, exploring the lives and legacies of musician Roshan Lal Nagrath, celebrated composer Rajesh Roshan, visionary filmmaker Rakesh Roshan, and the star Hrithik Roshan.

Through exclusive interviews with industry legends, the documentary captures the essence of the Roshan family’s enduring impact. Legendary singer Asha Bhosle expressed her admiration, saying, “It’s not very often that an artist’s entire family turns out to be artists. It’s rare. But this has happened in this family in Roshan Ji’s family.”
Madhuri Dixit lauded their dedication, remarking, “Each one of them is very passionate about what they are doing. And they love to hone their craft.”
