Ever since the time the Shah Rukh Khan starrer film ‘Jawan’ had got announced, it started making news for all the right reasons. Since we are inching towards the release of the film, the film is becoming a red-hot property by the day. For the unversed, this Shah Rukh Khan starrer film has been scheduled for a theatrical release on September 7 this year.
And now for the big news. As per a report in Box Office Worldwide, the music rights of ‘Jawan’ have been sold to the music major T-Series for a whopping Rs. 36 crores! The same report also added that, even though there were many companies in the foray, it was T-Series who were successful in clinching the mega deal.
The fans are now becoming seemingly unrest day by day to see the trailer of ‘Jawan’. If the buzz is to be believed, then, the film’s makers have decided to release the first trailer of the film in the late second week or early third week of July.
Besides Shah Rukh Khan, the film ‘Jawan’ stars Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in extremely important roles. Besides the presence of these three powerhouses of talent, the film will also see the presence of other actors in the form of Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Yogi Babu, Sunil Grover and Ridhi Dogra in pivotal roles. The icing on the cake will be in the form of Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt’s special appearance in the film.
Besides all this, there is yet another reason for ‘Jawan’ to be a red-hot property right now. The reason is that, the film ‘Jawan’ is being directed by the southern directorial whiz kid Atlee, who is always considered to be synonymous with the terms ‘crowd puller’ and ‘superhit’. Testimony to this is in the form of the southern films ‘Mersal’ and ‘Bigil’, the two superhit films under the baton of Atlee.
Besides ‘Jawan’, Shah Rukh Khan also has yet another ‘potential blockbuster’ in the making. This is in the form of ‘Dunki’, which is being directed by Rajkumar Hirani and stars Shah Rukh Khan and Taapsee Pannu in the leading roles.
