Today is the day which can never be forgotten by any Indian, irrespective of which part of the world they are today. Today was the day and date when the extremely unfortunate incident of 26/11 took place, which took the lives of many. The ones who had sacrificed their lives also included policemen as well. That’s why, in the honour of those who had lost their precious lives in the extremely unfortunate and tragic incident of 26/11, there has been an event ‘Global Peace Honours' which has been organised today.

Despite the sudden rains, there were many prominent personalities from all walks of life who had attended the event. Those who attended the event included Maharashtra’s Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, along with Bollywood celebs like Shah Rukh Khan, Tiger Shroff and many others. The said event, which was held at the Gateway of India, was organised by Divyaj Foundation.

Tiger Shroff attended the event in sleeveless T shirt and jeans and was seen greeting everyone with warmth. The video featuring him was posted on social media by ANI. After the video was posted, many started trolling him for his dressing sense. While one user wrote, ‘Why is he wearing banion only?, there was another who wrote, ‘Yeh baniyan pehen ke kyu aa raha hai ?’. Then, there was a user who commented about Tiger’s dressing sense, by writing, “Does he have any dressing sense, who wears these kind of clothes to pay tributes”. While a user wrote, “Who wears such clothes while coming to pay homage?”, there was another comment which read, “Good to see. Wardrobe guidance may be needed. Rest all is well”.

Shah Rukh Khan, on the other hand, was welcomed by the internet users. While one user wrote, “We pay our tribute to our martyrs, 26/11 is a black day, can’t be forgiven never Thanks@iamsrk you are real Jawan”, there were others who bestowed terms like ‘India ka beta’, ‘Bharat ki shaan’, ‘Proud of you SRK’ on Shah Rukh Khan.
