Even as Shah Rukh Khan basks in the success of his latest release Pathaan, the buzz in the industry is that the team of his upcoming film Jawan, has approached Pushpa 2 star Allu Arjun for a cameo in the film. It seems like he will be making a special appearance in Jawan, though there is no official confirmation about his presence in the film. Jawan is directed by Atlee, who had earlier films like Bigil, Mersal, Theri and Raja Rani. The film marks his debut as well in Bollywood, along with the leading lady Nayanthara and music director Anirudh Ravichander. Shah Rukh Khan is said to be playing a dual role in the film and the star cast comprises Vijay Sethupathi, Priyamani, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Yogi Babu, Mansoor Ali Khan and Riddhi Dogra to name a few.

In the meantime, Allu Arjun is busy working on the sequel to Pushpa, in which he played a red sandalwood smuggler. The film, directed by Sukumar, became a massive hit and catapulted Allu Arjun to a pan-India star. Allu Arjun played a truck driver who took on the system even as establishes a territory of his own. The film also had Fahadh Faasil, Rashmika Mandanna, Sunil and Anusuya Bharadwaj as part of the star cast. Pushpa is said to be a huge milestone in Allu Arjun's career.
