If you thought that Shah Rukh Khan’s King schedule is about to come to an end with the high-intense action sequences being filmed, you aren’t even ready for what is to come! 10 Russian fighters have flown down to India and are in Mumbai to take the movie many notches above. Details about the very schedule have now released. Here’s everything we know about it…

Shah Rukh Khan’s King, directed by Siddharth Anand, has moved on to its next schedule in Mumbai. A source confirmed the same to Mid-Day by stating, “It’s one of the most elaborate action stretches planned for the film. The stunts designed are gritty and realistic, and the stunt artistes have been prepping for the past few weeks.”
The schedule commences in Mumbai’s studios based in Vile Parle. Commencing on Monday, March 23, the shoot is expected to go on for at least a week. Interestingly, the set constructed is that of a mill.

While the action commences this month, there is also a dance sequence scheduled for April shoot. “It’s designed as a big moment in the film — visually striking and mounted on a scale that complements the larger-than-life tone of King,” the little birdie shared. More details about both the scenes are currently kept in the wraps but there sure is a lot of nostalgia around mills and King leads Shah Rukh Khan and Deepika Padukone (we’re looking at you, Om Shanti Om).
Also starring Suhana Khan and Rani Mukerji among others, King is scheduled for Christmas 2026 release in theatres. The OTT platform for the movie remains uncertain at this point.
