There was Shahid Kapoor who was present during the event, as his film Ashwatthama - The Saga Continues had been announced. On the other hand, there was Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur whose Telugu film Family Star had been announced.

Readers may know that, Shahid Kapoor had played the title role in the massive hit film Kabir Singh, which was the Hindi remake of the Vijay Deverakonda’s southern film Arjun Reddy. So, it was definitely a moment worth capturing to see Kabir Singh meeting Arjun Reddy, we mean… Shahid Kapoor meeting Vijay Deverakonda!
Shahid Kapoor with his innocent face took aside Vijay Vijay Deverakonda on the stage and very affectionately placed his head on his shoulders and said, if there was no Arjun Reddy, Kabir Singh would not have been born! Saying that, he not only thanked Vijay profusely but also gave a peck on Vijay Deverakonda's cheek!
As for Shahid Kapoor’s Ashwatthama - The Saga Continues, it is being produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani, and Deepshikha Deshmukh and is being directed by Sachin B Ravi. The leading lady opposite Shahid Kapoor is yet to be revealed.
And as far as Vijay Deverakonda's Family Star is concerned, it is being made under the production of Sri Venkateshwara Creations with Dil Raju and Shirish as its producers. While the film has been written by Parashuram, it is being directed by Parashuram. The leading lady in the film who will be seen opposite Vijay Deverakonda is Mrunal Thakur.
