Shamshera: Ranbir Kapoor creates a storm in a never-seen-before avatar; film to be an IMAX release

Shamshera, a Yash Raj Films action thriller starring Ranbir Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, and Vaani Kapoor, will be released in IMAX on July 22. The highly anticipated picture is said to be a never-before-seen visual spectacular that will give fans a big-screen experience. Other Hindi films that have previously been released in IMAX format include Dhoom 3, Bahubali 2, and Padmaavat, to name a few.

In a statement, director Karan Malhotra said that Shamshera is a visual experience that has been created to provide viewers with a never-before-seen sight. The makers are ecstatic to be releasing the picture in IMAX, which will allow viewers all over the world to experience the film's visual spectacular in the most immersive way possible. Shamshera is a completely new notion for today's audience, and they think it's a visual treat given the subject's rarity. When they first started working on Shamshera, they knew it would be best seen on the big screen and in IMAX. It's incredibly heartwarming for Malhotra to be able to share this news with moviegoers all across the world.

For the first time in his career, Ranbir Kapoor plays a larger-than-life classic Hindi film hero in Shamshera. Four years after delivering the hit Sanju, Ranbir is returning to the big screen, and his comeback is one of the most eagerly anticipated events among fans and audiences. 

Shamshera is set in the fictional city of Kaza, where a warrior tribe is imprisoned, enslaved, and tortured by Shudh Singh, a vicious authoritarian general. This is the narrative of a guy who became a slave, a slave who rose to become a leader, and ultimately a tribe legend. He fights tirelessly for the freedom and dignity of his tribe. Shamshera is his name.

The high-octane, adrenaline-pumping action film is set in India's heartland in the 1800s. It has the promise of a never-before-seen Ranbir Kapoor in the role of Shamshera! In this enormous casting coup, Sanjay Dutt plays Ranbir's arch-enemy, and his showdown with Ranbir will be something to watch out for, as they will viciously go for each other with no compassion.
