Shankmukh Jaswanth fits the bill as a home-grown detective in aha's Agent Anand Santosh; Anil Ravipudi unveils teaser

Popular Youtube star Shanmukh Jaswanth, who has made a mark with his short films, dance videos and shot to fame with his appearance in Bigg Boss Telugu, is making his OTT debut with aha's Agent Anand Santosh. The show is directed by Arun Pawar and is being produced in collaboration with Infinitum Media. Vaishali Raj is cast as the female lead in the show whose first look was launched last week. F3 director Anil Ravipudi had unveiled the teaser today.

In the teaser, actor Ananth, seated in a traditional household, is enquring Shanmukh's character about his position, career, bank balance, to which the latter has only one answer, 'I am a detective agent.' He reportedly finds information about lost items, people whose whereabouts are unknown or anything that's physical - solid or liquid. We also see a clumsy office with a series of photographs pinned to a board and are also informed of his height and weight. 

As per a media statement released by the platform, the show revolves around Santosh (Shanmukh), a resourceful person who aspires to be a detective. He joins an agency with his friend Ayomayam (Prithvi Jhakaas) and is on a mystery-solving spree. The fun-filled show sheds light on deductive reasoning and promises to pique the interest of young viewers, encouraging them to think creatively.

Produced by Vandana B and written by Subbu K, the show has cinematography Danush Bhaskar and music by Ajay Prasada. Krishna Karthik Vunnava is the editor and Sowmithri N Is the production designer. aha's recent shows include the cyber-horror series Anya’s Tutorial from Arka media, #BFF (from Dice Media) and Telugu Indian Idol (from Freemantle), to name a few. Kiran Abbavaram starrer Sammathame too premieres on the platform this weekend.
