Shantit Kranti season 2 release date: When and where to watch the coming-of-age drama series on OTT

Shantit Kranti season 2 is the upcoming coming-of-age drama series starring the prominent faces of the Marathi film industry including Abhay Mahajan, Lalit Prabhakar and Alok Rajwade in pivotal roles. After the successful first season, the makers are all set to release the second instalment soon.

Plot of the show

The first part of the show witnessed the dynamics of three friends, who are in their late 20s. They take a trip to Goa seeking newness, while mistakenly entering a meditation retreat in Lonavala. The upcoming instalment will follow the continuation of the story and is set to see the three ending up taking a tour of half of the country as well as unknowingly finding the answers to their questions. The makers recently dropped an official trailer of Shantit Kranti season 2 giving a brief glimpse into this mad ride with a special caption that reads, "Our favourite trio is back and this time with double the fun. A hangover, that leads to a crazy adventure and a lot of fun. So, save the date to experience this Kadak Journey. (sic)."

The Sarang Sathaye and Paula McGlynn directorial is bankrolled by Arunabh Kumar. Shantit Kranti season 2, which also has Sagar Yadav, Priyadarshini Indalkar, Priya Banerjee, Mrinmayee Godbole, Elsa Dalimbakar, Radhika Ingale, Somnath Limbarkar, Umesh Jagtap, Nandakumar Patil, Vaishali Inamdar, Dhananjay Jamdar, Manisha Chavan, Mandar Mokashi, Jinal Veshi, Rukhmini Sutar, Sachit Murthy and Kedar Bhinge in key roles, is slated to release on SonyLIV on October 13.
