Shark Tank India, which is an adaptation of the US reality show, Shark Tank, became a huge hit as soon as it premiered. The show with a one-of-a-kind concept was beyond everyone’s expectations. Though season one of the show ended earlier last month, it continues to be a subject of talk among many people. And now, fans are excited and eagerly awaiting season 2 of the business reality show.
There has been no official confirmation from the makers' side as yet about when the new season be out. But several fans of the show have shared their expectations about it. They want the makers to keep the same old format of pitch presentation like they did in season 1. According to Spotboye.com, they would also like to watch more interviews post the pitch, which they suggest makers can release on the OTT platform.
The audience expect more diversity on the show. They feel that they can anticipate the deals as they get to know the sharks better. They think the makes should also have an actual VC on a weekly basis to add more masala to the show.
Season one of Shark Tank India featured Ashneer Grover (founder of BharatPe), Aman Gupta (co-founder and chief marketing officer of boAt), Anupam Mittal (founder and CEO of Shaadi.com), Namita Thapar (executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals), Vineeta Singh (CEO and co-founder of SUGAR Cosmetics), Peyush Bansal (co-founder and CEO of Lenskart) and Ghazal Alagh (Co-founder and Chief Mama of MamaEarth). However, viewers now wouldn't like to see the MamaEarth founder Ghazal Alagh. They have suggested that Alagh be replaced with another shark on the show. The audience wouldn't like to also see Roadies fame Ranvijay Singha hosting the show.
As you await the news about Season 2, you may revisit the show, which is available to stream on SonyLIV.
