Shark Tank India 2's Anupam Mittal responds savagely to a user who says, 'Ashneer Grover nahi hai to maza nahi aa raha'

Since Shark Tank India returned with its second season a week ago, it has already caused a stir on social media. The concept of the show is centred on the involvement of aspiring Indian business owners who present their business plans to a panel of judges or investors in an effort to convince them to fund their venture. As soon as a new episode of a television show aired, people immediately flooded social media with their opinions about a particular pitch or a judge's choice. Anupam Mittal, one of the show's sharks, has recently made headlines for his brutal reply to a user who expressed his absence of Ashneer Grover.

Anupam just posted a video about a pitcher who appeared on the show on his Instagram account. "Ashneer Grover ji nahi hai isliye maja nahi aara hai," a person commented on his post. He responded, "Bigg Boss dekh lo," and the internet was taken aback. For the uninitiated, Ashneer Grover was one of the sharks that won over fans during the first season of the show, but for reasons that remain a mystery, he is not participating in Shark Tank India 2. As a result, internet users have expressed their opinions on social media that the show has grown dull without him.

Ashneer Grover, who made waves in the first season for being one of the most unfiltered and occasionally unpleasant sharks, is now making news once more. The co-founder of Bharatpe recently discussed his absence from the Sony Television show in a conversation and disclosed that he has unfollowed all of the other sharks.

He said, “I believe in clean separation. I unfollowed all the sharks on social media even when it wasn't decided that I won't be a part of the second season. It's your game now, you play it. Why should I be made to look at what you are doing behind the scenes on the sets of Shark Tank India 2? The moment I got to know I am not going to be there, I cut my ties.” 

Shark Tank India 2 is hosted by comedian Rahul Dua and has six shark-judges: Anupam Mittal, Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar, Vineeta Singh, Peyush Bansal, and Amit Jain. The show is available to viewers on Sony TV and SonyLIV every day from Monday to Friday at 9 p.m.
