For viewers not over Shark Tank India, Ashish Chanchlani recently offered a delightful surprise in the form of his spoof video, Sasta Shark Tank. In the video he, along with Simran Dhanwani, Akash Dodeja and Kunal Chabria, put forth a hilarious parody rendition of the business reality show. Viewers were introduced to the ‘sasta’ versions of Ashneer Grover, Aman Gupta, Namita Thapar and Anupam Mittal in the form of Paneer Grover (Ashish), Chaman Gutka, Babita Papad and Uttapam Misal. Grover reacted to the viral video earlier, and soon Gupta and Thapar also chimed in with their reactions.
Gupta posted a story on his Instagram featuring a picture of Chaman Gutka, captioning it, “Kaun hae yeh Aadmi”. Chanchlani had shared the story with a lovely note to Gupta about how the businessman had supported them from the very beginning and thanked him for being a good sport. To that, Gupta replied “#THAKURTOGAYO”.
Thapar also shared the video to her Instagram stories, remarking how she loved the actress’ ‘shadow’. She also penned a heartfelt note about Chanchlani, urging fans to read up on him. Thapar talked about how the creator was an introvert with stage fright, and now he is using his humour to bust taboos around important topics such as mental health and feminism. She also called him a ‘man of substance’. Chanchlani also replied, thanking the businesswoman. He also hilariously remarked how they got three sharks to comment on his video and how only one was left - referring to Mittal. It remains to be seen if the Shaadi.com founder will join the other sharks in reacting to the video as well.
