Shark Anupam Mittal gets some serious investment advice from his 'future self'. The CEO and founder of Shaadi.com was on Out of the Tank, a YouTube live show with Tanmay Bhat and Rohan Joshi when he got to 'time travel' and get some insights.

Mittal was speaking about his investments and journey so far on the live podcast with the stand-up comedians when he was paid a visit by a guest. Towards the end of the live show, comedian Biswa Kalyan Rath joined the trio on the podcast. Biswa was seen imitating Mittal and the three others started joking about how he looked older with grey hair and he is the 'future Mittal'.

On the surprise visit by Biswa, Mittal was being his candid self and said in Hindi, which roughly translates to, "You look 30 years older than me. You have more grey hair." Joshi and Bhat joke that he is Mittal from future. Mittal gets excited and asks his 'future self' how has the return for the companies, he's invested in, be like. Biswa murmurs that he was not prepared for it and tries to do away with responding to the question saying, "I can't tell now. I wish you all the best." Joshi found it fascinating that NDA exists in the future as well. The four burst out laughing.

Mittal then says he expected Biswa to tell him to invest in a company, started by people whose names start with 'B' (Biswa), 'T' (Tanmay) and R (Rohan) for high returns. And he replies, "Us company mein set ho gaya tha, lekin return mein FIR mila. Isliye bandh ho gayi," joking about the controversies around these comedians and how they have landed in soup for their comments.

On a serious note, Mittal also shared some advice for the budding entrepreneurs, angel investing, mental health issues and the factors he looks into while listening to pitches. Mittal has invested Rs 5.4 crores in 24 companies on the show.

Shark Tank India is an official adaptation of the US show, Shark Tank. The season of the Indian version of the show ran successfully.
