Shark Tank India: Ashneer Grover roasts host Rannvijay Singha for not being invited to wrap party

The Shark Tank India show is heading towards its finale and continues to make many headlines. Recently, the ‘sharks’ from the show were seen in a special live virtual chat together, where the host Rannvijay Singha talked to six of them on the show’s official Instagram account.

At the end of the happy interaction, when Rannvijay asked if they have any plans to get together to catch the show’s finale on February 4, Ashneer Grover started roasting the host by saying he is not invited to the party. “There is a party on the 4th. Rannvijay, tere ko bulaya nahi lag raha hai,” he said jokingly and laughed. Agreeing to this, Rannvijay also affirmed that he is not invited, added a wit that he would be selling flyers outside the party. 

The fun chat did not end there, as the host asked them to recall their memories from the show. After a nostalgic ride, they talked about the quirky experiences from the show. Ashneer said he would miss the backstage fun. He also added jokingly that he would trash-talk about the show if he is not invited for the next season.

Meanwhile, Anupam Mittal said that he would miss the experience of being treated like a star. He said he would miss the make-up man, stylist and the bodyguards he had for the show. Following this, Namita Thapar revealed that the men in the show took longer to get ready than the women. 

The show Shark Tank India is all about budding entrepreneurs pitching their business ideas to the panel, and seeking investment. The panel is called ‘sharks’, and if sometimes, multiple sharks are interested, it would start a war between them. Ashneer Grover is the co-founder and managing director of BharatPe, Anupam Mittal is the founder and CEO of Shaadi.com and Namita Thapar is the executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals.
