While Shark Tank India season 2 still remains a favourite among reality show viewers in the country today, many still could not get over the fact that Ashneer Grover and Rannvijay Singha were absent from the new season. While Rannvijay was the host of the first season of the show, BharatPe founder Ashneer was a judge on the show’s debut season. But in a delightful moment for fans the two reunited outside of the tank, and shared a moment from their reunion on their social media handles.

Ashneer recently launched his book, Doglapan: The Hard Truth about Life and Start-Ups. In a picture posted on his Instagram handle, Rannvijay is seen holding the book, standing alongside Ashneer and his wife Madhuri Jain Grover, all smiles.

Rannvijay captioned the post “An amazing night with @madsj30 and @ashneer.grover , got some fundas cleared on #doglapan !”

Ashneer also shared a glimpse from the night of the duo’s reunion, captioning it “Fun Saturday with @rannvijaysingha and @harmansingha over at our place ! All the best brothers for all your endeavours - keep rocking !!”

In the comments of the post, many netizens spoke of how they wanted Rannvijay and Ashneer back on the show.

In an earlier interview with Hindustan Times, Rannvijay had spoken about how he had enjoyed his time on the show but had decided to leave since he felt like he was not able to contribute as much. “By the time the edits were done, we all realised that there was no way to push more of Rannvijay on the show”, he had said. The host is also an investor himself, having invested in a number of startups.

The second season of Shark Tank India saw Namita Thapar, Peyush Bansal, Aman Gupta, andVineeta Singh return as judges. CarDekho Group co-founder and CEO Amit Jain also joined the show as a new shark.
