She Season 2 first look: Aaditi S Pohankar looks ready for more undercover action

The first season of Aaditi S Pohankar’s crime thriller series, She, impressed fans following its release on Netflix. The streaming platform has now shared the first look of the show’s second season. 

The poster features Aaditi in a black dress and holding a purse. The actor has an intense look on her face, which also seems nervous. Going by the show’s first season, the character looks to be working undercover once again. 

While Netflix shared the first look for the second season of She, an official release date for the show is yet to be announced. 

Netflix, as part of International Women’s Day, released the first look of a number of women-led shows such as Masaba Masaba 2, Mai and Kathal. The first look was released with the hashtag, #HerKahaaniHaiZaruri. 

The first season of She, which released on Netflix in March 2020, follows Bhumika Pardeshi (Aaditi), a junior police constable who is asked to go undercover as a prostitute to bust a drug cartel in Mumbai city.  

Apart from Aaditi, the first show’s first season also features Vijay Varma, Kishore Kumar G, Vishwas Kini, Saqib Ayub, Vishesh Sagar, Sandeep Sridhar and Paritosh Sand among others. 

Netflix shared a video with the fans in July last year to announce the second season of the show. The video showed behind the scenes footage from the show’s filming and also featured Aaditi and Imtiaz Ali. 

Bankrolled by Viacom Motion Pictures Tipping Point, the show is written by Imtiaz Ali and directed by Arif Ali. The eight episode first season of the crime thriller drama is available to stream on Netflix.
