Fans and colleagues were shocked by Tunisha Sharma's suicide on the Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul set on December 24. After she passed away, claims against the actress' ex-boyfriend and co-star Sheezan Khan led to his arrest, where he is still being held in police custody.

Sheezan's lawyer recently spoke with the media and provided an update on his mental health, despite the fact that Khan is still being questioned by officials while he is incarcerated. He may also be in risk of making extreme decisions as a result of the stress and scrutiny he is currently experiencing, according to his legal counsel.

The lawyer representing Shezaan Khan can be seen speaking with the media in a video posted on Instagram by the entertainment account Instant Bollywood. The attorney informed them of his client's detention status when speaking with them, adding, “Unki khud ki mental status abhi kya hai, yeh aap bhi nahi samajh paoge mai bhi nahi samajh paunga. (What’s his mental state at the moment neither will you understand nor me.)”

Sheezan Khan’s lawyer continued, “3 din pehle Taloja jail mein ek jan ne suicide kar liye, iss wajah se humne counseling ka appeal mangha hai and counseling with security – taki uspe nazar rakha jaye, usse akela na chodha jaaye. (A prisoner in Taloja committed suicide three days ago.We have thus asked for counselling with security, so that he is constantly being watched and is never left alone.)”

Sheezan Khan's attorney responded when asked if the precautions his team is taking will prevent the actor from taking his own life, the lawyer responded that for a person who has never had to deal with cops or visit courts, to now be facing a media trial. "Even the verdicts being passed by the media while using question marks isn’t lost. So you guys know better."
