You probably know Shefali Jariwala as the Kaanta Laga girl. She became a model-actor and was married to TV actor Parag Tyagi after her divorce from Meet Brothers' Harmeet back in 2009. Although she had a history with seizures and depression, she overcame them after the age of 15. Jariwala was also a part of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 13, which was won by Sidharth Shukla.
Early reports state that Shefali Jariwala suffered a cardiac arrest late on Friday night (June 27, 2025). She was with Parag Tyagi and a few friends. Shefali Jariwala had made her Bollywood debut in Akshay Kumar-Salman Khan's movie Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, that starred Priyanka Chopra as the female lead. She was seen in the Kannada film Hudugaru in 2011. Her last on-screen appearance was on the TV show Shaitani Rasmein which ended on January 4 this year. Jariwala also explored OTT through Baby Come Naa in 2018.

Shefali Jariwala was close to her Bigg Boss 13 co-contestant Sidharth Shukla at one point of time. The two were reported to be dating, post which they appeared on Salman Khan's reality show together. One big fight later, the duo went to being cordial. Among the many moments, a photo of Shefali remembering Sidharth Shukla on his death anniversary (in 2024) is going viral. Jariwala was a part of Shukla's team towards the end of the show and cheered for him. He eventually won Bigg Boss 13 and remains the most iconic winner of the reality show.
