Kartik Aaryan is back with another anticipated blockbuster film opposite Kriti Sanon. The makers have finally released the highly awaited trailer that glimpses the action, romance and drama sequences of the movie. At the trailer launch event, writer-director Rohit Dhawan spoke about the 'nepotism' dialogue, which grabbed a lot of attention from the audience.

The latest trailer begins with showcasing Kartik in an action-hero avatar. He realises that his life has been a lie for 25 years and he embarks on the journey to change his fate. One of the scenes sees the actor making a pun on nepotism in the video.

When asked about his vision of writing about nepotism in the movie, the director of Shehzada shared, "It just seemed like a natural fit while writing it. In the film, it actually deals with the character he (Kartik) is talking to, who has got everything on a platter in his whole life and he does not have a dream of his own. So it just fits perfectly, it was not thought or planned and definitely not because it (nepotism) is a hot topic in the media right now. It just happened and it seemed like a fun line. And there is also a long monologue of Kartik to enjoy in the film.

Shehzada is the tale of an unfortunate royal baby who deliberately gets exchanged to a lower-middle-class family and later discovers the truth about his life and embarks on to change the course of his life.
