Shehzada: Kartik Aaryan exudes swag in new Character Dheela 2.0 song teaser; Salman Khan fans approve

To feature in a song that has already been picturized on someone as iconic as Salman Khan is a big ask. But, as it turns out, Kartik Aaryan is definitely ready for the challenge. And, Bhai’s fans also approve of what they see in Character Dheela 2.0 teaser.

On Wednesday (February 8), Kartik shared the teaser with the caption, “Kya? Bantu ka Character Dheela hai?” with the hashtag #CharacterDheela2. The upbeat song seems to involve a lot of dancing, with the opening shot showing a badass Kartik being goofy with his pair of sunglasses. The actor is also seen grooving to the upbeat number and the extent of his performance in the music video will be revealed to his fans tomorrow when the full song is out.

The original song Character Dheela, featuring Salman Khan and Zareen Khan, was sung by Neeraj Shridhar and Amrita Kak.

Shehzada was slated to release on February 10 but was postponed out of respect for Shah Rukh Khan’s massive hit Pathaan. In a statement, the makers of the film said, “#Shehzada gets a new release date! Out of respect for #Pathaan this #KartikAaryan #KritiSanon starrer directed by #RohitDhavan produced by #BhushanKumar #AlluAravind #AmanGill and #KartikAaryan the family entertainer will now release on 17th February 2023!"

Besides Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, Shehzada also stars Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Sachin Khedekar and Ronit Roy in pivotal roles.  Shehzada is the Hindi remake of South superstar Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, and has been directed by Rohit Dhavan.

Releasing on February 17, Shehzada features Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Manisha Koirala, Paresh Rawal, Sachin Khedekar and Ronit Roy in leading roles.
