Shehzada: Kartik Aaryan's film delays due to Shah Rukh Khan's Pathaan? Check out the latest release date

Kartik Aaryan's Shehzada is one of the highly anticipated films of the year. Earlier, the makers fixed the release date on February 10, while now the new release of the action-drama movie is set to be changed. Reportedly, the delay in the film is taking place out of respect for Shah Rukh Khan and his record-breaking flick Pathaan.

According to a recent report on Bollywood Hungama, a source closer to the production informed the portal about the maker's latest decision and said that as is doing such a great business at the box office in the country and has also broken multiple records, so Kartik Aaryan feels that it will be unfair to Shah Rukh Khan starrer if his film releases just after two weeks of Pathaan. "Out of respect to Shah Rukh Khan, and the fact of both films eating on to each other’s business, Kartik and Shehzada producers have decided to delay the film by a week," added the source.

Chedkhaniyan is the latest track out of the movie that's creating a lot of buzz. Crooned by Arijit Singh and Nikhita Gandhi, the peppy song is composed and penned by Pritam and IP Singh-Shloke Lal respectively. Kartik shared his groovy track on his official Instagram handle with a special caption that reads, "Aaryan ka dance , Arijit ki Awaaz Get ready to shake a leg with #FootsieStep #Chedkhaniyan out now #Shehzada #10thFeb in Theatres (sic)."

Shehzada, which also stars Kriti Sanon in a pivotal role with Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Ronit Roy, Rajpal Yadav, Sachin Khedekar, Debattama Saha, Ankur Rathee, Sunny Hinduja and Vin Rana as key characters, is backed by T-Series Films, Geetha Arts, Haarika & Hassine Creations and Brat Films.

The Kartik Aaryan film, which is a Hindi remake of Allu Arjun's Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, is slated to release in theatres on February 17 now.
