Shiddat motion poster: The magnum opus shows Sunny Kaushal-Radhika Madan's 'Shiddat wala pyaar'

The exclusive motion poster of the heartwarming love tale Shiddat is out today, on the social page of the OTT platform Disney+Hotstar. Starring Sunny Kaushal and Radhika Madan, the magnum opus is helmed by Kunal Deshmukh. 

The poster titled 'Shiddat wala pyaar', portrays the lead pair and their appealing chemistry and outstanding sync. The makers have also announced that the trailer of the romantic narrative is gearing up to be out on September 13, 2021.

Besides the lead pair, Shiddat also has Mohit Raina and Diana Penty in pivotal roles. Backed by Dinesh Vijayan and Bhushan Kumar, the movie will be available to stream on Disney+Hotstar from October 1, according to a recent press release. 

Though the movie completed its filming in March 2020, its release got delayed due to the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the makers have shared updates on the film, many fans who were waiting for the love tale, have set their expectations high, especially after the promising motion poster. 

The male lead Sunny Kaushal is the younger brother of popular Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal, who works prominently in Hindi films. He has worked as an assistant director in a couple of movies before his acting debut in 2016 with the movie Sunshine Music Tours and Travels. The film was declared a flop at the box office. He gained popularity after he acted in the 2018 sports drama Gold.

Meanwhile, Radhika Madan is a familiar face for the audience. She rose to fame immediately after her debut in the television drama Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi and through the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. She made her film debut in 2018 with Vishal Bhardwaj’s Pataakha and played the lead alongside Irrfan Khan in the 2020 movie Angrezi Medium.
