Shiv Thakare buys new home in Mumbai, gets a special gift from Farah Khan

Shiv Thakare has bought a new home in Mumbai. He spilled the beans on a public platform recently. Owing to this, Shiv also got a special gift from Farah Khan. All of this happened on the sets of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 11, where Shiv is a contestant and Farah, the judge. Farah knows Shiv because not only her brother Sajid Khan was a contestant on Bigg Boss 16 with Shiv but she had also briefly hosted the season. In fact, the mandali members often catch up with the brother-sister duo and of course, that includes Shiv too.

Shiv buys a new home

“People say that it takes a lifetime to buy a house in Mumbai but I am happily sharing with my Jhalak family that I have bought a new house,” he said. Shiv revealed that he has booked his new home eight days back.

Also bought a new car

Apart from the home, Shiv bought a new car. He thought that he would have to buy a second-hand car but he managed to purchase a brand new car worth Rs. 30 lakhs. Shiv revealed the same too during his announcement on the dance reality show.

Farah Khan’s special gift for Shiv

Farah Khan already knew about the surprise, courtesy her brother. She had a gift ready for Shiv and gave it to him right after the announcement. The gift was a beautiful Ganesha idol. Apart from that, Farah also performed puja with Shiv’s new house keys.

The mandali

The Bigg Boss 16 mandali members include MC Stan, Sajid Khan, Abdu Rozik, Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Unfortunately, Abdu is not seen with the mandali since a while now (after his controversy with Stan) but during a recent episode, he confirmed that he does meet them. Shiv had also stated that he shares a good bond with Abdu after the show.
