Shivani Sharma to make her Telugu debut with comedian Siva Reddy's Rent - Not for Sale, deets inside

Siva Reddy, popular for his mimicry and a wide range of comedy roles over the last two decades and actor Amit Tiwari, well-known for his badass villain characters, are teaming up for a romantic thriller titled Rent - Not for Sale. The film, which also has a horror spin to it, is written and directed by Raghuvardhan Reddy. 

The latest update is that young heroine, Shivani Sharma, who has predominantly worked in the Hindi, South, and Punjabi industries will be playing the main lead in this film. Talking about her role and the film Shivani Sharma says "I'm really excited to be playing the lead role in this Telugu film. The story is a mix of horror, suspense, thriller, and comedy, which makes it really interesting. The plot revolves around three college girls who are searching for a flat to live in, and then the story takes off from there. I'm playing one of the lead out of the three girls."

Shivani is best known for the film Saajish the Conspiracy starring Mugdha Godse, Raza Murad, Milind Gunaji, Mushraq Khan, Kanchi Singh, and others. Her upcoming feature film ‘Arthaat’ (Death is Ultimate Truth) starring Vaishnavi Macdonald, Dev Sharma, Avani Modi, Ravi Pandey, Gauri Shankar, Onkar Das Manikpuri is also ready for release soon. 

On the other hand, Rent-Not for Sale has Vanitha Reddy, Manisha Sri, and Chaitanya Priya playing other pivotal roles. The project is bankrolled by Chandaka Raj Kumar and CH Ramnath under Raj Kumar Entertainments and Ramnath Mudiraj Movies. Raghuvardhan Reddy has written the story, screenplay and dialogues for Rent - Not for Sale. 

Hazrath has cranked the camera for the film while DSR has come on board for the music. Dragon Prakash is the stunt choreographer. Dasari Gangadhar and Balaji Srinu are the co-director and the production executive respectively. The film’s release date hasn’t been announced yet.
