SHOCKING: Marathi actor Milind Safai passes away due to cancer

After having done Marathi films like ‘Poshter Boyz’, ‘Premachi Goshta’, ‘Lockdown’, the 53-year-old Marathi actor Milind Safai passed away today after a prolonged battle due to cancer. He breathed his last around 10.45 am today. The actor was seen in a handful of episodes of the hit TV serial ‘Aai Kuthe Kay Karte’.

It’s being said that, the senior Marathi actor was not able to continue shooting for the aforementioned serial (‘Aai Kuthe Kay Karte’), because of the reason that his health was just not permitting him to do so. He had played the role of actor Madhurani Prabhulkar's on-screen father in the serial. The late actor had also been a part of other shows in the past like '100’, ‘Sang Tu Aahes Ka', ‘Aashirwad Tuja Ekvira Aai’ and many more.

No sooner the sad news about the death of Milind Safai became known, many actors expressed their shock and grief on social media. Many actors shared their memories about the late actor. Marathi actor Sachin Goswami took to social media and wrote a caption (in Marathi), wherein he stated, ‘Abhineta Milind Safai yaanchey nidhan, diukhad baatmi, bhaavpoorna shrddhanjali’.
