Singer and actor Jennifer Lopez has another rom-com treat in her latest film with Josh Duhamel, Shotgun Wedding. The film that released recently on Amazon Prime Video is the latest in the actor’s filmography of rom-coms, which she has come to be known for. What is interesting though is the variation that the actor has in the many rom-coms that she has starred in over the years.

So, if you’re feeling like you’re in a light-hearted mood and want to binge on some easy watches, here’s 10 rom-coms starring Jennifer Lopez that you can watch this weekend:

Mary Fiore (Jennifer Lopez) is San Francisco's premiere wedding planner. She is rescued from an accident by paediatrician Steve Edison (Matthew McConaughey), only to find he is the fiancé of her latest client, the wealthy Fran Donnolly. As Mary continues making the wedding arrangements, she and Steve are put into a string of uncomfortable situations that force them to face their mutual attraction. Will they end up together?

They fall in love, but once Marisa's true identity is revealed, will the two people from different worlds overcome their differences and live happily ever after?

Jersey Girl (2004)
Ben Affleck plays Ollie Trinke, a young, suave music publicist who seems to have it all, with a new wife and a baby on the way. But life gives him a rude shock when he's suddenly faced with single fatherhood, a defunct career and having to move in with his father. To bounce back, it takes a new love and the courage instilled in him by his daughter.

Shall We Dance? (2004)
John Clark (Richard Gere) has everything he could wish for – a great job, a lovely wife and family, but he still feels dissatisfied. On his way home from work every day, he sees a beautiful young woman – Paulina (Jennifer Lppez) – in a dance studio, and one day he signs up for dance lessons, hoping that she is the teacher. Although it turns out she isn't, he pursues the lessons, and is surprised to find he enjoys it.

Monster-in-Law (2005)
Jennifer Lopez plays Charlie, who finds the love of her life in Kevin (Michael Vartan). But his mother, Viola Fields (Jane Fonda), turns out to be a monster-mother-in-law-to-be, who will go to any extent to keep Charlie and Kevin from being together. Will Charlie be able to win over Viola and marry her Prince Charming?

The Back-Up Plan (2010)
When Zoe (Jennifer Lopez) tires of looking for Mr Right, she decides to have a baby on her own. But on the day she's artificially inseminated, she meets Stan (Alex O'Loughlin), who turns out to be the man that she's been searching for all her life. Now, Zoe has to figure out how to make her two life's dreams fit with each other.

What To Expect When You're Expecting (2012)
Challenges of impending parenthood turn the lives of five couples upside down. Two celebrities are unprepared for the surprise demands of pregnancy; hormones wreak havoc on a baby-crazy author, while her husband tries not to be outdone by his father, who's expecting twins with his young trophy wife; a photographer's husband isn't sure about his wife's adoption plans; a one-time hook-up results in a surprise pregnancy for rival food-truck owners.

Second Act (2018)
Maya (Jennifer Lopez) is a 40-year-old woman who is struggling with the frustrations as a result of unfulfilled dreams. That is until she gets a chance to prove to Madison Avenue that street smarts are as valuable as book smarts, and that it is never too late for a Second Act.

Marry Me (2022)
Jennifer Lopez plays Kat, a popular singer, who is all set to perform her biggest hit with her fiance, also a pop star, whom she will marry in front of a live audience. However, things are disrupted after her fiance cheats on her. Charlie Gilbert (Owen Wilson) is the odd person in the audience who does Kat a favour by marrying her to shield her from further humiliation and rejection. Will the two actually fall in love and be together?

Shotgun Wedding (2023)
Jennifer Lopez stars with Josh Duhamel in this romantic action comedy, in which she takes on an action-packed avatar, fighting off the bad guys, dressed in a wedding dress no less, on an island in the Philippines. In the process of saving their families, the couple rediscovers why they fell in love with each other in the first place.
