On her stint in the Thumkeshwari song, the actor further said, "I was so shocked at that reaction. Yeah. I was like, 'What is this reaction?' Again, I was overwhelmed; I felt so validated, and I was very humbled. I felt so excited that people are excited about Stree. People couldn't stop containing their excitement after just one song."
Shraddha added, "It was Amar Kaushik's idea: 'You will come into the song. We will show you with that one look of Stree.' This is the first time they've done it in a song, so he's a genius. It's great for Amar to have put it in a song. So, it's nice to see that excitement."
