The anticipation around Mirzapur 3's release date has been building up with each passing day. The third season of Amazon Prime Video's web series was officially announced earlier this year at a grand launch event. The entire star cast of Mirzapur was present while a glimpse of the upcoming season was shown. Cut to now, people are excited to know about the release of Mirzapur 3. And guess what? Shweta Tripathi Sharma aka Golu has teased that the announcement will be made in a few days.
Mirzapur 3's Golu promises 'bhaukaal' in a few days!
The makers of Mirzapur 3 shared a promo featuring Shweta Tripathi Sharma as her character Golu from the web series. Through the promo, Shweta has hinted that an official announcement about Mirzapur 3's release date would be made in a few days. "Thode din mein bhaukaal machayenge," she says in the promo. While sharing Shweta's promo on Instagram, the makers wrote, "Rest kijiye, fir peace mein dekhiyega Season 3! (sic)." Apart from Shweta, the web show features Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Rasika Dugal and others in pivotal roles.

Shweta Tripathi Sharma on Golu's character in Mirzapur
Meanwhile, while speaking with Telegraph India, Shweta Tripathi Sharma spoke about playing the role of Golu in Mirzapur. The actress said, "Playing Golu is emotionally draining but creatively satisfying. It’s a life that nobody should live with so much pain, loss, and anger. Golu is very different from who I am in real life, but these are the characters I want to play because they push you to think. It’s not about right and wrong but to understand why and how the person behaves."
The actress added that Golu is the most difficult character that she has played and in season 3, it is expected to go to another level. "Also, the bonding I have with my co-actors Ali Fazal and Divyenndu is special," she added.
