Actor Nani has never sounded more confident about a project in the recent times than he is about Shyam Singha Roy. Rahul Ravindran too appears briefly in the promo and springs a surprise as a Bengali speaking man. Sai Pallavi is as intense as she can get and it's the second time she's playing a character based in Kolkata after Padi Padi Leche Manasu. Krithi Shetty only appears for a small portion in the teaser, while having her moment with her on-screen love interest Nani.
