Sikandar: Makers of Salman Khan's film racing against time to lock the trailer? Here's what we know

Salman Khan's Sikandar is one of the most anticipated films of the year. Since its announcement, fans have been excitedly waiting to watch it on the big screen. Directed by AR Murugadoss, the action-packed movie is scheduled for theatrical release on Eid 2025. While the release date is locked, Sikandar's trailer hasn't been released yet. The latest development is that the team is racing against time to deliver the trailer.

Salman Khan's Sikandar trailer update

According to a Mid-Day report, Sikandar's trailer is expected to drop soon. A crew member of Salman Khan's film revealed a small action scene was shot in Vile Parle on March 15. Another shoot reportedly took place at Filmalaya Studio. Some of these shots might be used in the trailer, which is currently being cut.

"The patchwork shoots ranged between 15 minutes to an hour, but were important for the movie," the crew member shared. Although the Sikandar trailer has not been released, the makers have generated buzz by dropping its songs.

"Murugadoss is known to be meticulous and wants to deliver an action spectacle with Sikandar. The post-production team is working round the clock to lock the final cut. It’s not as if the audience has not been introduced to Sikandar’s world. With a song drop every few days, the actor-director duo has ensured that viewers are invested in the film. The trailer will further heighten their excitement," a source told the tabloid.

Another source mentioned that Salman Khan-starrer is on track despite the last-minute shoots. The report states that Khan and Murugadoss are sure about delivering a blockbuster.
