The romantic comedy drama, written and directed by Pradeep himself, has opened to positive reviews and has been raking in the moolah at the box office. The film also marks Pradeep's debut as an actor. The star cast includes Ivana, Raveena Ravi, Sathyaraj, Radikaa Sarathkumar and Yogi Babu to name a few. Music for the film is by Yuvan Shankar Raja.

Cinematography is by Dinesh Purushothaman and editing is by Pradeep E Ragav. The film has been bankrolled by AGS Productions and the title has been borrowed from Thalapathy Vijay's 1997 film of the same name. The old film had Suvalakshmi as the leading lady. Netflix has bagged the digital rights of the film. Pradeep had earlier helmed Jayam Ravi's Comali (2019), a comedy drama.
