#Single box office day 3: Sree Vishnu's film shocks everyone, grosses Rs 20 crore

#Single is Sree Vishnu's new film, which was promoted very aggressively. Produced by Magadheera fame Allu Aravind, the comedy caper took a decent start on day one, grossing Rs 4 crore. But as word of mouth grew, #Single made Rs 7 crore on day two. The trade expected a strong Sunday, and as anticipated, #Single made a whopping Rs 8 crore gross.

With this, the total collections have touched Rs 20 crore, which is an impressive number. Now that the weekdays have begun, we need to see how the film performs from here on. One of the major highlights is a statement from the producer, Allu Aravind, who announced that a share of the film's profits will be donated to the Indian Army, which fought in the India-Pakistan war.

#Single also marks the Telugu debut of Tamil sensation Ivana. She had a substantial role and performed quite well. Her chemistry with Sree Vishnu is top-notch, especially in the second half. But it is the Samajavaragamana star, Sree Vishnu, who stole the show with his performance. His comedic timing, hilarious dialogues, and chemistry with Vennela Kishore are standout elements.

Speaking of Vennela Kishore, after a long time, the Sathi Gani Rendu Ekaralu actor has made a strong comeback. His roles in the recently released Sarangapani Jathakam and now #Single have been top-notch, once again proving why he is one of the highest-paid comedians in Tollywood.

#Single OTT platform details

Amazon Prime has acquired the digital rights to the film for a fancy price and will begin streaming it in the first week of June 2025. In the US, too, #Single is performing well and has already grossed just over $400K, a very good number for Sree Vishnu’s market.
