#Single is a smash hit on OTT: Sree Vishnu's film clocks record views online

#Single is Sree Vishnu of Samajavaragamana fame’s latest Telugu release, which ended as a smash hit at the box office. Made on a shoestring budget, the comedy caper made good money, surprising one and all.

Though the IPL 2025 was at its peak, #Single still managed to bring in big money as there were no other major Telugu releases, and the clean comedy worked well with the youth.

Amazon Prime bagged the digital rights for a fancy price and started streaming the film from June 6, 2025, without any prior notice. But ever since the film landed on OTT, it has taken a solid start. 

Within just two days of its OTT release, Single has clocked over 150 million streaming minutes. This is an impressive number and gives an idea of how much the film was awaited on OTT.

Single was produced by Baby and Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo fame Allu Aravind, and he locked a deal with Amazon that Single would be out on OTT within a month of its release, and the same happened. 

Ivana, the Tamil sensation, made her Telugu debut with this film, and her role received a lot of praise. But it is Sree Vishnu who has won the hearts of many. He is now a rising star when it comes to comedy films. He has hiked his pay and is one of the most sought-after actors for medium-budget films.

Allu Aravind strikes gold with #Single

Allu Aravind has once again struck gold with Single, and he is so impressed with Sree Vishnu that he has signed him for two of his new films under the Geetha Arts banner.
