Sitaare Zameen Par is one of the most anticipated films of 2025. Starring Aamir Khan (who is also the producer of the film), Genelia Deshmukh, and 10 newcomers, the film is set to hit theaters on June 20. While fans are awaiting the release, a new video shared by Aamir Khan Talkies showed that Shah Rukh Khan had a surprise visit to the film's set. He met Aamir, the newcomers, and other team members, making it a delightful event. 

Shah Rukh Khan's surprise visit to Sitaare Zameen Par set

On June 18, Aamir Khan Talkies shared a video where we can see Shah Rukh Khan paying a surprise visit to the sets of Sitaare Zameen Par. Aamir Khan, along with the other actors, was shocked and happy to see King Khan on the sets. 

SRK can be heard saying, "He (Aamir Khan) has told me atleast ten times. He said, 'come and meet the actors. They are doing so well.' I didn't get time earlier but everyday I meet him, whenever I am meeting him, he's calling me also saying, 'please come, please come.' Even 3 days ago he told me." 

In the video, King Khan and Mr. Perfectionist can be seen hugging each other. On the other hand, Shah Rukh not only sang with the cast but also recreated his iconic pose, his signature dialogue from Don, and many more. The video received a lot of love from both Aamir and SRK fans.

Fans react to Shah Rukh Khan's video

One fan commented, “Damn, this honestly brings a smile to my face. You know, throughout this entire movie’s release timeline, almost all the posts have been about or hating on Aamir, and I see no one/barely even talking about the entire cast that’s actually all people with Down syndrome." Another wrote, “This is so wholesome."

"This is how film fraternity should be....I wish salman khan also visited the sets," read another comment. A third fan said, "Jab SITAARA met sitaare.... Shahrukh Khan is pure love....."

The 10 newcomers that Aamir Khan's production has cast are: Aroush Datta, Gopi Krishna Varma, Samvit Desai, Vedant Sharma, Ayush Bhansali, Ashish Pendse, Rishi Shahani, Rishabh Jain, Naman Mishra, and Simran Mangeshkar. 

Talking about the plot of the film, it follows the story of a suspended basketball coach (Aamir Khan) who is ordered to coach a team of players with neurodevelopmental differences as community service after a DUI. This film explores themes of resilience, growth, and the importance of understanding and embracing difference.

The movie is a remake of the 2018 Spanish film Champions and a spiritual sequel to Aamir's 2007 blockbuster film, Taare Zameen Par.
