Release date of 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 3

Fans of the hit murder mystery comedy series, Only Murders in the Building won’t have to wait much longer for the third season. The upcoming season of the Hulu original series starring Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez will premiere on August 8 this year, and will be available to stream on Disney+ Hotstar.

Ryan Murphy's 'Monster' season 2 to feature the Menéndez brothers

After the massive success of Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story, showrunner Ryan Murphy is set to team with Ian Brennan for a second season of the anthology series Monster. Murphy and Brennan will follow the story about the killers Lyle and Erik Menéndez, the brothers who infamously shot and killed their parents for their wealth in 1989.

Bosch: Legacy and The Diplomat renewed

The hit Prime Video original series Bosch: Legacy has been renewed for a third season. The news comes ahead of the premiere of the second season of the crime drama series based on the novels by Michael Connelly.

Prime Video’s streaming rival, Netflix has also announced the renewal of one of its hit TV shows following the overwhelming response to the first season. We’re talking about none other than the political thriller The Diplomat starring Keri Russell which released recently to much critical acclaim and is now set to return for a second season.

The Corps announces a star-studded cast

13 Reasons Why star Miles Heizer will essay the lead in the upcoming queer marine corp series, titled The Corps. The Netflix comedy-drama series will be set in the 90s and will tell the story of a bullied high school student named Cameron. The 10-episode series will also feature The Conjuring star Vera Farmiga and Vampire Academy’s Max Parker. The series is based on the memoirs by U.S. Marine Greg Cope, titied the The Pink Marine and will be helmed by Andy Parker who exec produced the 2019 remake of Tales of the City.

Pedro Pascal joins Gladiator sequel

The award-winning actor Pedro Pascal, who recently played the role of Joel Miller in the universally-acclaimed post-apocalyptic zombie series The Last of Us, had been added to the cast of the highly-anticipated sequel to Ridley Scott’s most-memorable magnum opus, The Gladiator. The Mandalorian and Narcos star will be joined by Paul Mescal who is best known for his compelling turns in Normal People and Aftersun and will essay the lead as Lucious, the villain Commodus’ nephew, played by Joaquin Phoenix in the first film.Nielsen will reprise her role and will be joined by The Banshees of Inisherin star Barry Keoghan, Stranger Things alum Joseph Quinn, and Hollywood legend Denzel Washington.

‘Cliffhanger’ reboot in the works

The iconic 1993 action adventure, Cliffhanger is set to be rebooted. The original film starred Hollywood action hero Sylvester Stallone in the lead, and the veteran will return in the reboot albeit in a limited capacity. The film will feature a lead star and details surrounding the plot have been kept under wraps. The original film revolved around a former mountain climber Gabriel Walker who is traumatised by his failure to rescue someone close to him. But he is soon forced to undertake another rescue mission as dangerous criminals threaten to complicate his endeavour.
