The trailer, a mesmerising fusion of stop motion and live-action, plunges  the audience into an otherworldly human existence. It introduces Jaxxon Pierce, the keeper of an immortality serum called “Divinity”, who becomes the target of two enigmatic brothers. With only a mysterious, seductive woman as his hope, the film captivates with its black-and-white aesthetic, evoking a classic 80s horror atmosphere. The film stars Bella Thorne and Quantum Leap’s Scott Bakula in lead roles. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival and the Taormina Film Festival, receiving several plaudits. Divinity is expected to release in theatres on Nov 3.

As Ralph's quest intensifies, his relationship with Sal played by The Daughter’s Odessa Young turns abusive, resulting in a path of destruction. Manodrome is a dark comedy that offers a critical perspective on alpha-male culture, reminiscent of Fight Club. It also features American History X star Ethan Suplee, X-Men: Days of Future Past’s Evan Jonigkeit, and First Reformed’s Philip Ettinger in the cast. With the script nearly complete, stars Josh Brolin and Benicio Del Toro are expected to return. It is also being reported that Emily Blunt, who starred in the first film helmed by Dune director Denis Villeneuve, will also reprise her role for the third film.

Best-Selling Fantasy Book 'Fourth Wing' to Become Amazon TV Series with Michael B. Jordan's Outlier Society

Jordan's production company, Outlier Society, is set to adapt the best-selling fantasy book Fourth Wing from the The Empyrean series by Rebecca Yarros. The story follows Violet Sorrengail, a 20-year-old protagonist, as she enters the perilous world of Basgiath War College with the goal of becoming a dragon rider. The series' expansion, including a sequel book titled Iron Flame, is also in the works, with potential plans to create a franchise if the response is favourable. While fantasy projects vary in their reception, Amazon aims to captivate audiences with this adaptation. No release date has been announced yet.

Nathan Fielder and Emma Stone to Star in Genre Bending Series 'The Curse'
A new teaser for the upcoming Showtime series, The Curse, starring Emma Stone and Nathan Fielder as a married couple and work colleagues, gives a glimpse into the eerie undertone of their home improvement show. The teaser shows the couple's marriage and professional relationship becoming increasingly strained. The series promises to offer a unique take on the home improvement genre by dramatising their personal lives on set. The Curse is set to premiere on November 10.

New 'Poltergeist' TV Series in the Works at Amazon MGM Studios
Amazon MGM Studios is developing a television series based on the classic 1982 horror film Poltergeist. While plot details for the series are currently scarce, it will be set in the same universe as the original movie. The film follows a California family, the Freelings, whose home is haunted by malevolent ghosts. The series does not have a writer attached yet, but Darryl Frank and Justin Falvey will produce the project for Amblin Television, the company that worked on the original film. It's unclear if Steven Spielberg, who was involved in the first film, will return for the TV series. While Poltergeist is best known as a film series, there was a TV adaptation in 1996 and a reboot in 2015. Amazon's new series is part of their efforts to adapt films into television shows. No release date for the series has been announced yet.

Bollywood's King Khan, Shah Rukh, is set to thrill fans with a birthday treat. On November 2, 2023, the first teaser of his upcoming film, Dunki, will debut digitally.
