Unlike previous seasons, the story will not revolve around murder but it will follow a kidnapping case. The fifth season stars Stranger Things actor Joe Keery, Ted Lasso alum Juno Temple, and multiple award-winning Hollywood veteran Jennifer Jason Leigh in prominent roles. Fargo season 5 will premiere on November 21.

Hollywood star Naomi Watts, best known for her starring role in David Lynch’s iconic film Mulholland Drive, will star alongside Pride & Prejudice actor Tom Hollander in the anthology series Feud: Capote vs. The Swans. Helmed by Ryan Murphy, the new season will serve as the second season of the anthology series Feud. After the recent release of The Nun II, it is confirmed that another gothic horror film surrounding nuns is on the way. Titled Sister Death, the Netflix film is a prequel to the hit 2018 Spanish film Veronica. The film is directed by Paco Plaza and stars Aria Bedmar in the lead. New ‘Tomb Raider’ animated series announced by Netflix

It was reported earlier that Fleabag creator and lead star Phoebe Waller-Bridge is developing a Tomb Raider live-action series for Amazon Prime Video. However, Netflix has announced that the streaming platform is releasing an animated series based on the iconic character. Titled Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft, the series stars Captain America and Mission: Impossible 7 star Hayley Atwell as the titular adventurer. The teaser trailer indicates that the new animated series has taken inspiration from the rebooted trilogy of games developed by Square Enix between 2013 and 2018. The 2013 game was directly adapted into a film in 2018 starring Alicia Vikander. Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft is scheduled to release on Netflix in 2024.

‘Devil May Cry’ animated series in development at Netflix

It appears Netflix is keen on adapting more iconic video games into animated shows. Apart from the new Tomb Raider animated series, Netflix has also announced an animated adaptation of the iconic Capcom franchise Devil May Cry. The series will follow demon hunter Dante on his epic adventures and it is helmed by Adi Shankar, who has previously worked on acclaimed animated shows such as Castlevania – which also happens to be one of the first universally praised video game adaptations. Netflix has released a teaser trailer for Devil May Cry, but further details have been kept under wraps.
