Smart Jodi: Where to watch the couple reality show

Smart Jodi is the new reality show that brings together the famous celebrity couples of India on one stage. Released on February 27, the show has the most popular couples including Ankita Lokhande-Vicky Jain, the Maine Pyar Kiya fame Bhagyashree and her husband Himalay Dassani, the YouTube stars Gaurav Taneja-Ritu Rathee, to name a few.

Hosted by Maniesh Paul, the Star Plus reality series is also available to stream online on Disney+ Hotstar. Adapted from a popular Telugu show Ishmart Jodi on Star Maa, Smart Jodi also has no judge to evaluate these celebrity couples. Although, according to the show's format, each of the duos are set to be given a few tasks, which need to be completed in order to reach the finale.

The premiere episode was divided into two parts. The first instalment introduced the television couple Neil Bhatt and Aishwarya Sharma, who met during a daily soap called Gum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein and fell in love. The second ones to arrive in the show were Bhagyashree and her husband Himalay, who have been married for 33 years now.

After that, the Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayegaa fame Rahul Mahajan entered the show with his wife Natalie, who is from Kazakhstan.

The Bigg Boss 10 fame Monalisa and her husband Vikrant arrived on the stage, following that television star Ankita Lokhande and husband Vicky Jain, Gaurav Taneja-Ritu Rathee, Arjun Bijlani- Neha Swami, Krishnamachari Srikkanth and Vidya, Balraj Syal and Deepti Tuli, singer-composer Ankit Tiwari and wife Pallavi Shukla are the rest of the contestants to enter Smart Jodi.

Interestingly, according to some viewers, the show seems more like the dance reality show Nach Baliye, while only the dancing part is missing in the format of the latest show. 

Smart Jodi is set to be telecasted every Weekend at 8 PM on Star Plus, while it can be streamed anytime on Disney+ Hotstar post television.
