Elvish Yadav has left for his Gurugram home after spending a week in judicial custody. He was arrested in the Snake Venom case in Noida. A video of Elvish leaving jail and for his home is now going viral on the internet. The paparazzi surrounded him and his first reaction was captured too.

Elvish leaves for his home, flashes big smile

Elvish flashed his known smile after he left for his home in Gurugram (Gurgaon). The paps caught him outside his car and Elvish only flaunted his smile, which was enough for the netizens to be in awe with.

Elvish granted bail

Elvish was granted bail on March 21 and the news was out on March 22. His lawyer confirmed the same after Bigg Boss 17 contestant Anurag Dobhal’s tweet hinting at the bail. The lawyer insisted that Elvish was falsely accused of smuggling snake venom at the party in Noida.

Elvish’s arrest and eventual bail

Elvish Yadav was arrested in the Snake Venom case on March 17, under Wild Life Protection Act 1972 and the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. The NDPS act was later waived off citing clerical mistake.

Reportedly, Elvish had admitted to smuggling snake venom in the said party in Noida. He had earlier confessed that Bollywood singer Fazilapuria was the supplier of the snakes. However, his lawyer’s statement suggests that they were just rumours and there was no truth in the same.

Seven arrests were made in the Snake venom smuggling case, out of which two arrests were made on March 20. Elvish’s close friend Vinay was among them, and the other was Ishwar. They have also been granted bail after paying a fine of Rs. 50,000 each, Elvish’s lawyer confirmed. Five people who were arrested before Elvish are also out on bail.
