Nowadays, there is a general consciousness regarding body shaming. If one is trolled for their body, be it oversized, thin, fair, or dark, then they become vocal against this. However, not only common people, but celebrities are also body shamed. Actress Solanki Roy described such an event. People have seen her in the serial Gatchora till a few days back. She shared her bitter experience with the audience.

Solanki spent several years in the industry and acted in films, serials, and web series. Vikram Chattopadhyay and Solanki, as a pair, are a favorite with the audience. Her pairing up with Jisshu in the film Baba Baby O was acclaimed. And now, she is everybody’s favourite Khori of Gatghora. Despite her popularity, she heard that her figure is not actress-like. She said, “The vital statistics should be like this – I do not fall into the category of so-called Indian beauty. Hence, many people gave me different suggestions.” She added, “I was advised to get surgery. Someone called me a Flatron TV.”

But Solanki made it clear that she does not pay attention to these. After her part in Gatchora was over, she concentrated on arranging her new house. Her new film Sohorer Ushnotomo Dine will be released soon. Fans are eagerly waiting to see Vikram and Solanki once again on the screen.
