Sony LIV has announced the Hindi slate of content that will release in the coming time. Jim Sarbh-Ishwak Singh’s Rocket Boys season 2 has been announced and will go on floors soon. Meanwhile, the OTT platform is ready to release Scam 1992 sequel, Scam 2003: The Telgi Scam soon.

Adapted from the renowned Israeli series Fauda, Tanaav is being recreated by Sudhir Mishra and co-directed by Sachin Mamta Krishn. It will be set in Kashmir and will tell the tale of a Special Unit. The show is a socio-political drama with family being the central theme.
Applause Entertainment is bankrolling the project which will star Manav Vij, Sumit Kaul, Rajat Kapoor, Shashank Arora, Arbaaz Khan, Zarina Wahab, Ekta Kaul, Waluscha De Sousa, Danish Hussain, Satyadeep Mishra, Sukhmani Sadana, Sahiba Bali, Amit Gaur, Arslan Goni, Rockey Raina, M.K. Raina, Sheen Dass and Aryaman Seth in pivotal roles. The lead actor of the show is not yet confirmed.
Rocket Boys 2
The sequel of Jim Sarbh-Ishwak Singh’s Rocket Boys has been announced. The show explored the scientific inventions by Dr. Homi Bhabha and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai. While Jim led the show, Dr. Bhabha’s death was explored in the first season of the show and thus, it would be interesting to see if he can be a part of the series again and how. Ideated by Nikkhil Advani and directed by Abhay Pannu, the show also stars Regina Cassandra and Dibyendu Bhattacharya in pivotal roles.
The sequel to Amit Sadh’s Avrodh, Avrodh season 2, featuring Abir Chatterjee in the lead role, is set to release on June 24. The show is inspired from the ninth chapter of Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh’s book India’s Most Fearless 2.
Directed by Raj Acharya, the show also features Mohan Agashe, Neeraj Kabi, Anant Mahadevan, Aahana Kumra, Rajesh Khattar and Sanjay Suri in pivotal roles.
Rani Bharti (Huma Qureshi) struggles with her personal and professional life as the CM of Bihar. This story is set one year after she sent Bheema Bharti (Sohum Shah) in jail. Will she be able to deliver what she promised?

SCAM 2003: The Telgi Story
After the super-success of Pratik Gandhi’s Scam 1992, Hansal Mehta and Tushar Hiranandani present their directorial, SCAM 2003: The Telgi Story. As the title suggests, this time the show will bring forth the story of Abdul Karim Telgi scam. The story is adapted from journalist Sanjay Singh’s book, Reporter Ki Diary. Gagan Dev Riar will play the role of Telgi. The rest of the cast is yet to be announced.
Freedom at Midnight
Nikkhil Advani is all set to explore the story on India’s independence and crucial events involving the personalities who helped in shaping India in the adaptation from Dominique Lapierre and Larry Collins’s book, Freedom at Midnight.
Dr. Arora is the story about a sexologist who travels across the country, only to realize that people are either too scared to talk about intimate problems or treat it like a taboo.
Directed by Sajid Ali and Archit Kumar, the show stars Kumud Mishra, Gaurav Parajuli, Vivek Mushran, Ajitesh Gupta, Vidya Malvade, Sandeepa Dhar and Shekhar Suman in lead roles.
Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari is all set to present a love story between two different characters. The show is expected to show a ‘unique, intense and poetic’ love story between the two, played by Saiyami Kher and Pavail Gulati.
Pulwama Key No 1026
This series, which is touted to be of eight seasons, is adapted from journalist Rahul Pandita's book, The Lover Boy of Bahawalpur. For those, who do not know, Onir will tell the story of the martyrs who were a victim of suicide bomber, whose car hit the bus they were travelling in.
